Return Policy

LAUREL MOUNTAIN BASKET COMPANY makes every possible effort to guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with A LAUREL MOUNTAIN BASKET COMPANY purchase or gift, you may return it for exchange or merchandise credit, provided that the return is made within 60 days of the purchase. Refund checks will be issued only for items purchased by cash or credit card. Several policies apply to returns:

Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged (if requested) or refunded (if requested). The refund amount is the original price as evidenced by the original receipt. Shipping fees are not included.
Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged for the amount on the gift receipt in the form of a merchandise credit.
Returns without the original purchase receipt will be exchanged in the form of a merchandise credit.

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped promptly. Expect shipment of in-stock merchandise within 1-2 business days, unless you are otherwise notified. Overnight shipping is available. During holidays, order early for best selection and prompt delivery.

Payment Methods

We have listed a number of payment methods with instructions below. Please note that all orders must be processed in US dollars.

Payment by Credit Card: Our secure on-line ordering system is credit card ready for your convenience and your security is assured. You can be sure that our site is secure, by a padlock, or key icon located at the bottom of your browser window. This icon will appear during the last stage of checkout, when your credit card information is entered. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover cards.
By Phone: You can place your order entirely by telephone. Simply make note of the items you would like to purchase. From within the United States or Canada, please call us at 1-413-527-1243, Monday through Friday, during the hours of 10:00AM to 3:00PM EST.
By Fax or Postal Mail: Use the shopping cart to gather your items, select checkout when you are finished, and provide all shipping information. Instead of clicking to submit your order, simply print the form on your personal printer and fax it to us at: 1-413-527-5399, or mail it to us at LAUREL MOUNTAIN BASKET COMPANY, 116 Pleasant Street, Ste 120, Easthampton, MA 01027, USA. Please include a daytime phone number by which we can contact you in the event we have a question about your order. Our fax machine is available 24 hours a day.
Pay by Personal Check or Money Order: You can pay by Post Office Money Order or personal check drawn on a United States bank. Returned checks will be subject to a $20.00 fee. Use the shopping cart to gather your items, select checkout when you are finished, and provide all shipping information. Instead of clicking to submit your order, simply print the form on your personal printer and mail it with your personal check or money order to us at LAUREL MOUNTAIN BASKET COMPANY, 116 Pleasant Street, Ste 120, Easthampton, MA 01027, USA.

We do not accept COD orders, or currency. Please do not send cash if ordering by mail.

Shipping

Orders are shipped by Federal Express Ground or USPS Parcel Post. Orders are packaged to ship as economically as possible. Oversize or overweight orders will be shipped under the same criteria, and we will notify of any additional fees prior to final shipment.

Orders shipped out side of the United States will be shipped as economically as possible via Federal Express, UPS, or USPS. Payment of any duty, VAT, customs, tax and/or similar fees affixed to orders placed outside of the United States are the responsibility of the end recipient.

Orders shipped outside of the United States are FINAL sales and are NOT-returnable and are NOT-refundable.
